Permission You Need For Photos in A Print Production

If an image already exists, you must find the copyright holder and gain (perhaps pay for) their permission to use the image for any commercial purpose.
If the model is under the age of 16, then they will need to require a parent or legal guardians signature.
If children are used for models particularly if they are paid, care should be taken and registration must be sought from your local authority.

Does My Advert Fit The CAP Code?

My advert fits the CAP code becasue my pictures are not rude or offensive.I also made sure that the model i used was not posing in a rude or offesive way that would affect my target audience.I also made sure that my slogan was not offensive to any of my audience becasue my slogan was 'Stand Out And Be Seen' which i think is an appropriate slogan for my brand because i want my customers to stand out when they were my product.
